Dr. Seyi Jennifer Oteri completed her undergraduate studies at University of Houston where she graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Health and Human Performance and Biology. Dr. Oteri then obtained her medical degree at Barry School of Podiatric Medicine in Miami Florida. She completed an intense 3-year Podiatric Medicine and Surgery Residency with Reconstructive Rearfoot/Ankle Surgery at Palmetto General Hospital Hialeah Florida.

She is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA), Texas Podiatric Medical Association (TPMA) and Florida Podiatric Medical Association (FPMA). She is also Board Qualified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine (ABPM). Dr. Oteri has attended and helped organized several surgical mission trips in the Dominican Republic (STEPs of Life Foundation) and Mexico (Yucatan Crippled Children’s Project). She participated in the surgical treatment and clinical evaluation of several patients from as young as 1 year old to the geriatric age group. Dr Oteri is on staff at OakBend Medical Center in Richmond Texas, and at Kindred Hospital, Sugarland Texas. Dr. Oteri also does surgery at Memorial Herman Richmond, Outpatient Surgery Center.

She is now providing her expertise in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery here in Richmond Texas, and serving the surrounding areas. When not at work, Dr. Oteri loves to spend time with her family, traveling and trying new restaurants.
