Dr. Amy E. Riedel is a Board Certified Podiatric Surgeon specializing in foot and ankle disorders including bunions, hammertoes, heel pain, foot and ankle trauma, and diabetic conditions. She has a special interest in working with children and trauma cases.
In 2004, Dr. Riedel received her Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from Texas A&M University. She went on to Barry University in Florida where she graduated in the top of her class with a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine in 2009. While in podiatry school, Dr. Riedel also obtained a master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences. Dr. Riedel completed her training in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at Hunt Regional Medical Center in Greenville, TX after being Chief Resident for the 2011-2012 academic. She and her team saw a high volume of trauma patients.

Dr. Riedel joined Orthopaedic Associates in 2012. She has staff privileges at the Houston Orthopedic & Spine Hospital in Bellaire, Houston Methodist West, and Memorial Hermann facilities around the Houston area. Her mission is to help people get back to work, life, and family safely and as quickly as possible. She is Board Certified with the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and Certified and a Fellow with the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. Dr. Riedel is a native of Katy, TX and enjoys spending time with her family.

Dr. Riedel was recently awarded the Faulknor Charitable Outreach Award and Mile High Biomechanics Award by TPMF for her work during residency. Read less
