In this post I am going to discuss some of the benefits of bodyweight training that many people do not realize they can get with this unique form of exercise. One last benefit of bodyweight training is that most of the exercises are easy on the joints. There are many forms of exercise will place excess stress on your joints which can cause pain and swelling. However, bodyweight training has zero to little impact on your joints which will have you staying pain free and able to reach your goals.
